About The Role
The Sales & Growth Manager is responsible for the efficient and effective acquisition and onboarding of Moove drivers. You'll be accountable for acquiring new leads, managing the pipeline, converting successful drivers, and ensuring they have a best-in-class vehicle pick-up experience.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Build the team to deliver best-in-class, in-person support to our drivers at the customer acquisition and onboarding stages of their lifecycle.
  • Walk drivers through the onboarding process and all the tools needed for success.
  • Ensure all KYC standards are upheld.
  • Build and leverage local tools and CRM systems to ensure effective management of the sales funnel.
  • Work with our Platform partner to ensure an efficient experience
  • Manage driver referral and incentive schemes.
  • Ensure high conversion, contact, and low churn rates

What You Will Need For This Position

  • A Bachelor's degree in any field, such as sales, marketing, operations, or any related field.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in sales/ account management, or less if you are an overachiever (prove it)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English
  • Experience in using CRM systems (Hubspot is a plus)
  • Experience in managing high-performance Sales or Account Management teams
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively (written and oral) with others at all levels of the organisation and externally.
  • Ability to work independently, with little or no supervision.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
