Objetivo
Asegurar la eficiencia, control y mejora continua de las operaciones BTL, Media, Preinvoice, D&T, Import y POP, mediante la centralización de procesos, el seguimiento de indicadores clave, el desarrollo del equipo y la implementación de proyectos de optimización y automatización, garantizando el cumplimiento de objetivos operativos y de calidad.

Actividades

  • Centralizar, documentar y mapear nuevas actividades y procesos operativos.
  • Dar seguimiento y control a KPIs operativos, asegurando el cumplimiento de objetivos, análisis de desviaciones y resolución oportuna de issues.
  • Ejecutar sesiones one-on-one para el acompañamiento, desempeño y desarrollo del equipo.
  • Preparar, presentar y analizar resultados operativos para la toma de decisiones.
  • Participar en procesos de reclutamiento y entrevistas cuando la operación lo requiera.
  • Analizar la volumetría y capacidad operativa del equipo para una correcta planeación de recursos.
  • Liderar proyectos de mejora continua y automatización de procesos.
  • Brindar soporte a los procesos operativos, atención de escalaciones y gestión preventiva de riesgos.
  • Coordinar y dar soporte transversal a las operaciones de BTL, Media, Preinvoice, D&T, Import y POP.
