Implementan políticas de Recursos Humanos a nivel nacional, regional o global, colaborando con la gerencia para impulsar programas e iniciativas a nivel de toda la empresa.

Responsabilidades y autoridad

  • Atención al personal en diversas necesidades (servicios) y revisión de casos problema
  • Conocimiento de IMSS, LFT, Infonavit, Fonacot
  • Acciones de mejora para clima y cultura organizacional
  • Relaciones sindicales
  • Cumplimiento en tiempo y forma según lo que establece la estructura de Juntas de TIERS
  • Soporte y aplicación de compromisos Posteriores a la Negociación
  • Ejecución de separación de la fuerza laboral
  • Gestionar la flexibilidad necesaria para cumplir los compromisos de producción (ej. Cambios de horarios, cambios de producción)
  • Atención directa al empleado en piso de producción
  • Participación en la organización y ejecución de eventos

Actividades

  • Acercamiento diario con los delegados Sindicales para alineación en prioridades
  • Elaboración de KPI's correspondientes al negocio: Ausentismo, Rotación, Tiempo Extra, Headcount
  • Manejo y aplicación de RIT (ej: Disciplina progresiva)
  • Manejo y aplicación CCT
  • Coordinación de transporte y comedor (diario y tiempo extra)
  • On boarding para nuevos empleados en todos los niveles
  • Responsable que la documentación de los expedientes de empleado sea procesada y archivada de acuerdo al cumplimiento que aplique
  • Ser miembro activo de al menos un escuadrón (laborales, servicio y eventos)
  • Participa activamente en los proyectos

Requerimiento

  • Licenciatura en Psicología industrial, Recursos Humanos, Administración o afín y/o experiencia que le acredite
  • 3-5 años o más de experiencia, en la industria maquiladora de preferencia
