Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Call Center
Onsite | Reforma, Mexico City (CDMX)
We are currently looking for Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to join an onsite call center operation located in Reforma, Mexico City. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills in English and Spanish, a customer-focused mindset, and proven job stability.
Location & Work Model
- Onsite position
- Reforma, Mexico City (CDMX)
Schedule
- Workdays: Monday to Saturday
- Shift length: 10 hours per day
- Standard shift: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (CDMX time)
- Alternative shift: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Days off: 2 days per week
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer service calls
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries professionally
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience in both English and Spanish
- Meet performance and service quality metrics
- Follow internal procedures and compliance guidelines
Requirements
- Advanced or fluent English and Spanish
- Customer service or call center experience
- Strong job stability (no job hoppers)
- Ability to work onsite in CDMX
- Availability to start ASAP
- Willingness to complete:
- Mandatory online English assessment (minimum passing score: 60%)
- Extended background check (BGC) process
Compensation (Total Monthly Package)
- Up to $24,000 MXN per month (total cap)
- Base salary: $12,500 MXN
- Remaining amount is variable, based on performance bonuses and benefits
- Monthly earnings will not exceed $24,000 MXN
