JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Revisión & evaluación de los procesos actuales en Shipping & Whs
  • Documentar con toma de tiempos & diagrama de espagueti y otras herramientas, considerando factores de fatiga, EHS & QA
  • Balancear líneas de shipping: small & larga pack, surtimiento a líneas ensamble
  • Crear herramienta con base de datos para identificar cantidad requerida de materialistas en función de la carga de trabajo (demanda mensual)
  • Soporte en la implementación de ideas QK aportadas por los equipos de shipping & Whs
  • Conocimientos de Excell – medio/alto, Ingles 80% Fluido
  • Herramientas Lean Mfh, toma de tiempos, conceptos de manufactura esbelta & visual
  • Conceptos generales de definición de proyectos, definición de problema, causas raíz, acción contención, acción correctiva, ciclo de Deming.
  • Disponibilidad y energético
  • Haber participado en proyectos escolares aplicados y proyectos de creatividad
