Role Description

This is a contract, remote role for a Legal Project Manager/Coordinator. The individual will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of legal discovery projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met. Daily responsibilities include managing workflows, liaising with legal teams and stakeholders, monitoring project progress, and troubleshooting logistical or procedural challenges. Additionally, the role involves ensuring compliance with established procedures and optimizing resource allocation throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Project Management and Expediting skills, including the ability to plan, coordinate, and manage project timelines effectively
  • Experience with Expeditor and Inspection tasks involving quality assurance of deliverables within a legal or process-driven environment
  • Logistics Management expertise, including the ability to ensure smooth operational processes and resource optimization
  • Strong organizational abilities and exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with diverse teams
  • Knowledge of legal discovery processes and familiarity with AI tools in a legal context is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field preferred
