Gerente de Customer Success
Requisitos:
• Licenciatura en Administración, Mercadotecnia, Comunicación, Ingeniería Industrial o afín.
• Experiencia mínima de 2 años liderando equipos en Customer Success, Atención al Cliente o Gestión de Cuentas (preferente en SaaS, servicios, fintech o call center).
•Experiencia en un puesto similar en call center o Tecnologia SaaS o Fintech, Retail digital o empresa de servicios
Funciones:
• Liderar, motivar y desarrollar al equipo de Customer Success.
• Asegurar la satisfacción, retención y crecimiento de la cartera de clientes.
• Ser punto de contacto clave para clientes estratégicos.
• Diseñar e implementar estrategias de experiencia del cliente (CX).
• Monitorear y mejorar indicadores como CSAT, NPS, churn y health score.
• Colaborar con ventas, operaciones y tecnología para garantizar una experiencia integral.
• Proponer e implementar mejoras en procesos, herramientas y automatización.
Conocimientos:
• Metodologías de Customer Success y Customer Experience.
• Estrategias de retención, gestión de cuentas y servicio postventa.
• Manejo de CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk o similar).
• Herramientas de análisis (Excel avanzado, Power BI, etc.).
• Gestión de proyectos y liderazgo de equipos.
• Innovación y automatización en experiencia de cliente (deseable).
Ofrecemos:
• Sueldo de $35,000 a $40,000 (de acuerdo a experiencia)
