[HCM] Business Development Executive
- Business Development (New Clients)
- Identify, approach, and acquire new clients in the e-commerce and digital commerce space
- Consult and propose suitable e-commerce and digital solutions
- Conduct sales calls, meetings, presentations, and negotiations
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts
- Achieve assigned revenue targets and sales KPIs
- Account Management (Existing Clients)
- Manage a portfolio of existing clients as the primary point of contact
- Understand client business objectives and recommend effective solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams (Performance, Content, Operations, Creative, Tech) to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor project timelines, service quality, and deliverables
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize account revenue
- Client Relationship & Retention
- Build long-term, trusted relationships with clients
- Ensure high client satisfaction and contract renewal rates
- Collect client feedback to support service improvement
- Reporting & Coordination
- Track sales pipelines, account performance, and revenue using CRM tools
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and professional knowledge.
- Report to Sales Manager and perform other tasks as assigned
Position Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 – 1.5 years of experience in a Content Marketing role or a similar position.
- At least 1 year of experience in consultant or sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation skills, quick learning ability, and passion for technology.
- Hardworking, detail-oriented and responsible in work
Commitment And Entitlement
- Salary: Negotiable
- Probation: 2 months
- Working in International company – Singapore company
- Full Gross salary for Insurance participation
- Working time: Monday to Friday, 8:30 – 12:00 & 13:00 – 17:30
- Working location: Sala Urban Area, No. 21 – 23 B4 Street, An Loi Dong Ward, Thu Duc city, HCM city
