Estamos en búsqueda de un/a Regional Account Director con mentalidad hunter, orientado/a a resultados y con experiencia en ventas consultivas para liderar la apertura de mercado en el sector salud en LATAM.
Ubicación: LATAM (base en CDMX)
Liderar la apertura de mercado en instituciones de salud, gestionando ventas consultivas multicontacto.
Realizar demostraciones de producto y llevar el ciclo comercial completo hasta el cierre.
Representar a la compañía en visitas estratégicas y eventos clave del sector.
Gestionar pipeline y reporting a través de CRM, asegurando visibilidad del negocio.
Perfil idealExperiencia comprobada en ventas complejas en salud, tecnología o SaaS.
Alta disciplina comercial y habilidades de negociación.
Capacidad para gestionar ciclos de venta largos y multicontacto.
Disponibilidad para viajes frecuentes dentro de la región LATAM.
