RNMINTERNATIONAL is seeking a motivated and experienced Account Director. If you’re passionate about design for the Consumer Packaged Goods industry we invite you to join our team. This is a full‑time position that requires flexibility, organization, and responsiveness. In your role as an Account Director, you will lead by example the interaction between the accounts, clients and in‑house creative teams; while prioritizing the company’s healthy kakekdkddj. Key Responsibilities Client Leadership Develop business plans for existing clients roster. Nourture and grow existing senior client relationships by maintaining regular communication and acting as the primary liaison. Develop a deep understanding of clients’ businesses, including market trends and key competitors. Manage and directly develop high‑visibility accounts or clients alongside account managers. Manage client expectations and timely communicate potential issues with project development and present a plan forward. Accounts Team Leadership Monitor strategic projects in conjunction with the assigned account executive and the project management team. Analyze and evaluate sales performance of individual team members and the accounts unit as a whole on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. Design and implement individual goals, career plans, and benefits based on KPI results and overall performance. Studio Leadership Develop and maintain effective interpersonal relationships with coworkers. Understand experiences and incorporate them into successful business strategies. Oversee and safeguard the studio’s pricing strategy and continuously review and update based on evolving client requests. Identify billing risks and mitigate negative impacts on group performance. Ensure each project meets financial requirements. Report monthly forecasting and final billing figures to management. Define overarching project priorities and deliveries. Requirements You are bilingual. You hold a degree in advertising, marketing, communication, or design with client‑facing experience. You have experience in developing creative projects and senior client relationship management. You are highly organized and disciplined, capable of managing projects from inception to completion. You are comfortable engaging in high‑level conversations with both clients and RNM’s leadership. You have over 5 years of experience in a team‑management role. You possess experience in a creative agency or studio. You have a passport and are available for international travel for client meetings. You are familiar with cloud‑based CRMs and project management software; Microsoft Office, and have basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Salary is based on experience.
