Company Description
Zephyr Technologies is an ISO9001 certified company, America-based Franchised Regional Distributor of Electronic Components and Interconnect with sales offices throughout Mexico, So Cal, Phoenix, with local warehouses in Phoenix, Guadalajara and Hong Kong. We serve the Mexican and International OEM's, Automotive OEMs/ODMs, as well as EMS, offering FAE support and design capabilities to assist customers looking to simplify their solutions and streamlining their supply chain. Zephyr can drop ship from Asia, US, or Mexico, has IMMEX (duty free) License, and Mexico and US import licenses and serves clients by offering JIT, VMI, and Webshop sales. We work with Mfrs Reps and our partner Mfrs to offer a unique service not offered by the Mega Distis that have thousands of line cards with multiple conflicts.

Role Description
This is a full-time home office position for a Business Development Manager at Zephyr Technologies in the Baja California Region. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities with International OEM's that do electronic design and EMS's that have influence over supply chain and component selection, building and maintaining client relationships, developing growth strategies, and collaborating with internal technical and operations teams to meet sales targets.
Qualifications
- Having good relationship with design Engineers, Buyers, and purchasing Mgrs in OEM's/EMS's in the Baja Region.
- Have a charming personality, be outgoing, positive attitude, and organized.
- Be located in Queretaro
- Assist with marketing strategy and sales support
- Be ambitious knowing that the sky is the limit.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to understand technical product details and communicate them effectively
- Knowledge of the electronic components industry is preferred
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Fluency in English and Spanish, multi-cultured, with High IQ/EQ. Experience with Asian culture is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
Experience in sales is a plus
