Legal Analyst
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Law
Key Responsibilities:
- Review of legal files and documentation
- Contract negotiation based on feedback from distributors
- Execution of corporate Due Diligence
- Preparation and management of databases
- Follow-up on low-risk Compliance investigations
- Training suppliers and distributors on area-related policies
Requirements & Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in a similar position
- Knowledge in corporate law, commercial law, and contract litigation
- Intermediate English (conversational level)
