About the Role

KITSCH is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our Specialty Account Manager in driving sales growth and operational excellence across key retail partners. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to grow their career in sales, account management, and retail strategy within a fast-paced beauty and accessories brand

What will be your responsibilities?

  • Support the Account Manager in the day-to-day management of Specialty retail accounts, ensuring smooth execution and high client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate sample order processing, shipment tracking, and delivery confirmations
  • Maintain and update account trackers, sales reports, and promotional calendars.
  • Communicate regularly with internal teams (sales, operations, marketing, and logistics) to support retail launches, inventory management, and promotional planning.
  • Assist with new item setup, pricing updates, and retail portal maintenance.
  • Conduct light competitive research and performance reporting to support account planning.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support the broader sales and operations team.
  • Perform additional related duties as required.

What are we looking for in you?

  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in sales operations, account coordination, or customer support (internships accepted).
  • Required Skills: Excel; NetSuite
  • High level of English (C1)
  • Soft Skills: Team Player; Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative, solutions-oriented attitude.

About the Offer

  • Working Hours: CST preferred, flexible across U.S. time zones
