**JOB DESCRIPTION****Position: Sales Coordinator-Select Service Hotels****Broad Objectives**:You are highly organized, eager to learn, and excited about building a career in sales. As a Sales Coordinator, you’ll gain hands-on experience with the full sales process while working side-by-side with the Director of Sales. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on details, enjoys supporting a fast-paced team, and wants to develop the skills and knowledge needed to grow within sales and hospitality.**Responsibilities**:- Create and manage all group profiles in FOSSE.- Input rooming lists and set up group master accounts accurately and in a timely manner.- Generate and distribute group reservation links (Res-Links)- Prepare detailed group resumes and banquet event orders to ensure seamless execution of events.- Enter actual group pick-up details into CRM systems.- Upload and maintain all signed contracts within CRM for accurate record-keeping and compliance.- Conduct internet research and prospecting to identify potential new group business opportunities.**Job Requirements****Job Types**: Temporary, ContractBase Pay: $275,550.00 - $330,660.00 per year**Experience**:- Marriott : 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English & Spanish (required)Work Location: Remote
