We're a tight-knit team that's driven to move fast and take on some of the biggest problems in healthcare and ultimately improve patient lives.About the RoleOur business is growing quickly, with leading healthcare companies as customers. We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to support in the onboarding of healthcare groups, allowing them to scale with our product and operations. Some of these responsibilities would include:What You'll OwnLeading cross-functional projects that are the company's top priority. You'll be working closely with our leadership team.Driving complex operations projects, including helping new healthcare groups get properly organized in all 50 states.Own client relationships and guide leaders of multi-state healthcare companies through onboarding and ongoing engagement, ensuring a smooth start to their journey with us.Serve as the face of the company to clients, state medical boards, insurance payers, physicians, and other stakeholders.Manage all client communications, ensuring a seamless experience across meetings, calls, and inquiries.Build strong client relationships by fostering trust, delivering a positive experience, and providing proactive, and solutions-focused support.Handle escalated concerns with empathy and efficiency, working to resolve issues quicklyCollaborate internally with Compliance Ops, Partnerships, and BizOps to align efforts and meet client needs.Drive process improvements to enhance client onboarding and long-term success.About YouCore ExperienceExperience in client relationship management, customer success, operations, or similar client-facing roles, where you have demonstrated strong problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills.Excellent spoken and written communication skills.Operationally excellent, with a high daily output and precision in execution.Strong attention to detail and track record for getting the details right.What You BringEnergy and drive; you have a hunger for self-improvement and want to be around the most talented teammates who push you to do so.
