Objetivo del puesto:

Brindar una experiencia de atención al cliente excepcional: Atender y dar seguimiento a consultas, dudas o incidencias de los clientes de manera eficiente, profesional y cordial, garantizando altos niveles de satisfacción y fidelización.

Promocionar y comercializar los productos o servicios de la empresa, identificando oportunidades de venta cruzada (cross-selling) y venta adicional (up-selling) durante la interacción con los clientes.

Contribuir a la retención de clientes: Detectar necesidades específicas del cliente y ofrecer soluciones personalizadas que fortalezcan la lealtad y relación a largo plazo con la marca.

Ofrecemos:

  • Sueldo base: $18,000 a $20,000 libres al mes, con pago quincenal.
  • Esquema de comisiones adicionales al sueldo

  • Horario: lunes a viernes de 10am a 6:30pm

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en atención al cliente, ventas, call center, o similares
  • Inglés conversacional b2 o superior
  • Comunicación empática y atención al detalle.
  • Manejo de plataformas CRM (HubSpot, Zendesk, Gorgias, Salesforce u otras).

Funciones y responsabilidades:

  • Atender consultas de clientes por teléfono, SMS, chat o correo, ofreciendo un servicio rápido y empático.

  • Dar seguimiento a pedidos, suscripciones, cancelaciones, devoluciones y otras solicitudes del cliente.

  • Identificar oportunidades de venta en las interacciones con clientes y cerrar ventas de manera efectiva, así como incrementar el valor promedio de compra por orden.

  • Asegurar una experiencia positiva en cada punto de contacto, manteniendo altos niveles de satisfacción.

  • Escalar incidencias complejas al Manager del área cuando sea necesario, y colaborar en su resolución.

  • Registrar detalladamente todas las interacciones en el CRM, con etiquetas y seguimiento adecuado.
