Conocimientos Técnicos
- Manejo de Excel a nivel intermedio.
- Conocimiento de normativa ISO 9001.
- Control de materia prima y producto terminado en físico y sistema Oracle.
- Seguimiento a acciones derivadas de auditorías ISO 9001.
Responsabilidades Principales
- Supervisar el cumplimiento de los procesos del sistema de gestión de calidad, asegurando la correcta ejecución conforme a los estándares.
- Defender y actualizar el funcionamiento diario de las líneas de producción, garantizando productividad, calidad y seguridad.
- Controlar costos de producción (WIP, personal, tiempo extra, desechos) para cumplir objetivos del equipo.
- Apoyar en la creación y optimización del sistema de gestión interna de producción.
- Implementar mejoras operativas preventivas basadas en datos reales.
- Dirigir y motivar al equipo, asegurando el cumplimiento de políticas, normas y directrices de seguridad.
- Evaluar el rendimiento del equipo y proponer soluciones para mejorar.
- Mantener un buen ambiente laboral y disciplina.
- Cumplir con políticas de calidad, seguridad y medio ambiente, así como el reglamento interno de trabajo.
- Dar soporte en actividades generales del departamento.
