Requirements
Principales responsabilidades
  • Desarrollar, mantener y optimizar servicios backend utilizando principalmente Python.
  • Colaborar en el diseño e implementación de arquitecturas escalables y seguras.
  • Participar en revisiones de código, estándares de calidad y mejores prácticas.
  • Integrar APIs, servicios externos y herramientas cloud según las necesidades del proyecto.
  • Diagnosticar, depurar y resolver incidencias en entornos productivos y de desarrollo.
  • Trabajar estrechamente con equipos multidisciplinarios (Frontend, QA, DevOps, PM, etc.).
Perfil deseado
  • Experiencia comprobable en desarrollo backend con Python a nivel SSR.
  • Conocimiento o experiencia complementaria con Java (deseable, no obligatorio).
  • Dominio de bases de datos SQL y NoSQL (por ejemplo: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Firestore).

  • Cloud:

  • Google Cloud Platform (GCP) 80%

  • Amazon Web Services (AWS) 20%

  • Sólidos fundamentos en estructuras de datos, algoritmos y patrones de diseño.

  • Experiencia trabajando con microservicios y APIs REST.
  • Buenas prácticas de documentación, testing y versionamiento con Git.
  • Habilidades de comunicación, trabajo en equipo, pensamiento analítico y orientación a resultados.
Tecnologías y herramientas relevantes
  • Backend: Python (FastAPI, Flask, Django — cualquiera aplicable).
  • Lenguajes adicionales (Plus): Java.
  • Bases de datos: SQL y NoSQL.

  • Cloud:

  • Google Cloud Platform (GCP) 80%

  • Amazon Web Services (AWS) 20%

  • Contenedores y herramientas DevOps (Docker; Kubernetes es un plus).

  • CI/CD básico (GitLab, GitHub Actions o similares).
Otros requisitos
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar con equipos de México y LATAM.
  • Nivel de inglés: técnico (lectura) suficiente para documentación.
