Position: WPS Coordinator Mexico


• Supervisar e implementar estrategias de WPS que mejoren la productividad, el bienestar y la colaboración en Bosques.

• Desarrollar y liderar estándares de WPS en Bosques, asegurando la alineación con las estrategias globales.

• Garantizar la excelencia operativa, la eficiencia financiera y una experiencia destacada para los usuarios a través de la gestión de equipos subcontratados de limpieza, jardinería, catering, transporte de personal, tienda para empleados, mantenimiento de edificios, proyectos de WPS y servicios administrativos.

• Supervisar las relaciones con proveedores, negociar contratos, gestionar el desempeño y asegurar la eficiencia de costos.

• Asegurar que las instalaciones cumplan con las normas de cumplimiento y regulación en todas las ubicaciones.

• Diseñar e implementar iniciativas que fomenten un entorno laboral atractivo, inclusivo y productivo.

• Actuar como el punto de contacto principal para los empleados de las oficinas de Bosques en relación con los servicios laborales y proporcionar una experiencia excepcional al empleado.

• Liderar la planificación de espacios, la utilización y el diseño de oficinas para adaptarse a las necesidades cambiantes del negocio.

• Gestionar traslados de oficina, ampliaciones y cambios en la disposición, asegurando mínima perturbación de las operaciones.

• Asegurar que el espacio de trabajo cumpla con las necesidades operativas y promueva una cultura organizacional positiva mediante la preparación y ejecución de proyectos de oficina, gestión de espacios y renovaciones. Sostenibilidad y Responsabilidad Ambiental

• Desarrollar programas de sostenibilidad para reducir el impacto ambiental de las operaciones laborales (por ejemplo, eficiencia energética, reducción de residuos).

• Supervisar la planificación, previsión y gestión del presupuesto de WPS dentro de Bosques.

• Hacer seguimiento y reportar métricas de costos, identificando oportunidades para eficiencias operativas.

• Preparar el presupuesto de WPS, asegurando que las instalaciones estén alineadas con el negocio, compras y finanzas.

• Elaborar y gestionar el CAPEX y OPEX del área, controlando costos, supervisando indicadores y garantizando la sostenibilidad financiera de las operaciones.

• Participar activamente en iniciativas para estabilizar, estandarizar y mejorar operaciones e instalaciones, asegurando la alineación con las iniciativas globales o regionales según sea necesario.

• Participar activamente en las rutinas locales, siendo un miembro facilitador y activo en las necesidades para asegurar la continuidad y mejora de los servicios y la experiencia.

• Elaborar e implementar mejoras contínuas y políticas internas relacionadas con infraestructura y servicios, asegurando el cumplimiento de normas y estándares corporativos.
