Manage the HR Service Hub team focusing on the delivery efficiency, efficacy and the experience of candidates, employees and former employees of Clariant. Accountable for the delivery of all HR services provided via HR Service Hub, such as: Employee Service/Data Mgmt. & support, Payroll, Time Mgmt., Absence Mgmt., Benefits & Pension, Local HR Reporting, Risks & Compliance and elements part of a global service delivery (e.g. Org. Mgmt. maintenance, HR data quality assurance, HR Knowledge Management, Compensation activities, etc...). Ensures continual improvement of HR service delivery through the monitoring of defined SLAs and KPIs for the Region HR Service Hub. Manage escalations, employee inquiries and serve as a SME (Subject Matter Expert) on a wide range of HR topics.

Responsibilities

HR Service Hub Management

  • Define, design, develop, manage and deliver all HR transactional processes through employee life cycle
  • Accountable for the delivery of all HR services provided by the Region HR Service Hubs
  • Define and monitor measures and metrics in alignment with defined SLAs and KPIs
  • Ensure appropriate performance of the HR Services Hub organization
  • Enforces evolution towards standardization and consistency of performance in HR Service Hubs processes.
  • Create and promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team and actively seek and encourage opportunities for process improvements.

HR Service Delivery improvement​

  • Support the design, application and continual improvement of HR processes
  • Define, track and improve a set of process SLAs and KPIs clearly indicating overall end-to end process performance.
  • Manage ticketing system improvements
  • Continuously scout for innovative solutions that significantly improve Region HR Service Hub delivery.
  • Engage and deliver training & capability of HR personnel over HR processes

SME, Escalation, Documentation and Relationship Management​

  • Provide Audit support within HR community
  • Serve as a SME (Subject Matter Expert) on a wide range of HR topics
  • Assist in establishing and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external customers and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Taking care about work atmosphere / creating proper work atmosphere by proper behaviour / approach / attitude
  • Ensure that all appropriate HR documentation is updated
  • Maintain positive work relationship with members of other teams in and outside HR to whom information or service is provided or from whom information / service is gathered

People Management & Communication​

  • Lead and develop subordinate team and ensure continuous development
  • Manage demand and ensure alignment with all relevant stakeholders (CoE´s, Tech. & Solutions Teams, GHRPB, Region HR Advisory, IT, Employees and Managers
  • Manage interface within HR Areas for service delivery purposes, outside HR (e.g. IT) and within the team: HR Technology, HR Analytics and HR Solutions
  • Secure efficient communication process between CoE´s, HR Service Hubs, GHRPB, Region HR Advisory and outside HR regarding service delivery.

 

Requirements

  • Master or bachelor's in business administration, HR, Process Management (Black Belt, 6 Sigma) or Project Management.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in various fields of Business Administration, HR, Consulting or Process Management
  • Desirable working experience at SSC (Shared Service Center) with end-to-end HR process understanding, having managed a team and management of the design and transition/implementation of HR SSC.
  • Surround HR operational excellence, process design & improvement management experience and best practices (6 sigma or Business Analysis
  • Good knowledge of SuccessFactors, SAP ERP HCM, surrounding HR systems environment, MS Office Standard Tools (including SharePoint, Visio, Project, Think Cell, ...) and others.
  • Stakeholder management, solution-driven, conceptual, strategic & analytical thinking, hands-on, drive for results, flexibility, leadership skills and responsiveness.
  • English language skills for advanced & global communications.
