What you'll be doing

Responsible for assisting on compliance projects for major clients. This individual will support the Free Trade Agreement (FTA) team by creating certificates and logging customer requests. The role requires professional communication with team members, clients, and the organization's customers.

You will be responsible for…

  • Create FTA certificates.
  • Manage FTA certificates from creation to completion.
  • Log new customer requests on regular scheduled basis.
  • Review and maintain database integrity.
  • Utilize various client and provided software to organize and manage workload.
  • Support with drafting compliance processes and related work instructions.
  • Provide broker and client assistance with FTA document support.
  • Deliver effective and diplomatic internal and external customer service.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What skills & experience you'll bring to us

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management/Transportation/ International Business, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative or customer service experience.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) (preferred).
  • Strong team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Professional and mature demeanour.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Intermediate keyboarding skills.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills.
