We are currently seeking a Clinical Supplies, Associate Manager to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Manager, Clinical Supplies at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the management and distribution of clinical trial materials, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with regulatory standards. You will contribute to the success of clinical research by optimizing supply chain processes and enhancing operational efficiency.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Leading the planning, procurement, and distribution of clinical supplies to ensure that trials are driven effectively and on schedule.
  • Driving discussions with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for inventory management and supply chain optimization.
  • Monitoring supply levels and performance metrics, identifying trends and recommending improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Providing training to team members on best practices in clinical supplies management, fostering a culture of quality and accountability.
  • Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure seamless communication throughout the supply chain process.

Your Profile:

  • Advanced degree in a relevant field such as life sciences, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • Extensive experience in managing clinical supplies or related operations, with a thorough understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in inventory management systems and supply chain methodologies, with a focus on optimizing processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive successful outcomes.
