Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and administer licenses across two gateway platforms.
  • Create, deactivate, and modify terminals, ensuring accurate registration.
  • Review and maintain Gateway department inventory.
  • Coordinate and schedule installations with the Field Services team in accordance with contractually established SLAs.
  • Follow up on customer requests, collaborating with internal teams to remove blockers and ensuring customers follow the correct process to receive support.
  • Ensure timely communication and delivery of services.
  • Prepare and deliver information required for customer terminal onboarding.
  • Prepare and deliver customer billing support documentation.
