Descripción del puesto

Como Analista de Atracción y Selección de Talento en Haber Holding, serás responsable de gestionar los procesos de reclutamiento y selección, asegurando la incorporación de perfiles alineados con los valores y objetivos de nuestra empresa.

Entre tus tareas estarán la publicación de vacantes, filtrado de candidatos, contacto inicial, realización de entrevistas y apoyo en la administración de beneficios. Este es un puesto de tiempo completo y se realiza presencialmente en nuestra sede en Zapopan, Jalisco.

Requisitos

  • Experiencia en Recursos Humanos, incluyendo reclutamiento, administración de personal y desarrollo organizacional.
  • Habilidad analítica para evaluar perfiles, identificar talento y realizar informes relacionados con el área de Recursos Humanos.
  • Manejo de sistemas de información de Recursos Humanos (HRIS) y experiencia en la administración de beneficios y procesos afines.
  • Formación en gestión de recursos humanos, comunicación efectiva y capacidad para trabajar en equipo aportando soluciones innovadoras.
