CBS Customer Service Representative (Entry Level, internship experience or recently graduated).

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - ENTRY LEVEL

MISSION:

Managing orders, monitoring execution and treating customers' requests to meet service commitment and improve customer satisfaction.

DAY TO DAY:

  • Manage Order & delivery.
  • Manage request.
  • Apply and improve work methods.
  • Provide an excellent Customer Service.
  • Call recording evaluations
  • Service Cloud cycle time.
  • Enter the orders into the system following the specifics of each account and applying the proper standards.
  • When needed support the teams by processing OSDs and Corrections.
  • The CSR will exceed the service level provided to give an amazing experience to the customer when contacting us.
  • Suggests alternative solutions for efficiencies and improvement of the process.
  • Shares best practices across North America Sales Admin function.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCESSFULLY CONTRIBUTE TO OUR PURPOSE?

  • 1 year of total experience or recently graduated.

  • English C1 is required.

  • Teamwork, good communication skills, operational excellence.
