British American Tobacco Mexico has an exciting opportunity for an HR and Workplace Experience Intern in Monterrey

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Support HR Business Partners process related to employee benefits, onboarding and HR communications.
  • Prepare and report monthly payroll incidences accurately, ensuring compliance with internal processes and timelines.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of HR-related events and collaborate with the Talent team to manage the learning and development agenda.
  • Support HR and Workplace Experience communications by creating and publishing updates on VivaEngage and assist brigades with scheduling and communication for safety trainings.
  • Oversee workplace experience initiatives by sourcing and managing vendors; manage badge assignment, external visit registration, and follow-up on facilities reports from security personnel.

What are we looking for?

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree
    in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Fluency in English
    (spoken and written) to ensure effective communication with global teams.
  • Expected graduation January 2027 or later date
  • Availability to support
    30 hours per week –
    hybrid + flexible
    according to academic workload.
  • Organization
    and strong attention to detail and accuracy
