Customer Support Representative
Location:
Mexico City, Mexico
Overview:
Provide exceptional customer service across multiple channels, ensuring satisfaction and resolving inquiries efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
- Resolve issues promptly and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Document interactions and follow up on complaints or requests.
- Manage escalations and coordinate with social media partners.
- Process promotions, rewards, and loyalty programs.
Requirements:
- 2+ years in customer service; contact center experience preferred.
- Strong business acumen (FMCG or Food & Beverage ideal).
- Proficient in MS Office; Salesforce experience is a plus.
- English (C1 level); French (B2) is a plus.
