Customer Support Representative

Location:
Mexico City, Mexico

Overview:

Provide exceptional customer service across multiple channels, ensuring satisfaction and resolving inquiries efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
  • Resolve issues promptly and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Document interactions and follow up on complaints or requests.
  • Manage escalations and coordinate with social media partners.
  • Process promotions, rewards, and loyalty programs.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in customer service; contact center experience preferred.
  • Strong business acumen (FMCG or Food & Beverage ideal).
  • Proficient in MS Office; Salesforce experience is a plus.
  • English (C1 level); French (B2) is a plus.
