Role purpose 

The Insurance Sales Strategy Manager will contribute to identifying new market opportunities, leveraging industry insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the optimization of product offerings. Will assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to ensure alignment with revenue targets.

Key responsibilities include supporting the definition of sales goals and FRP, monitoring Mobile Insurance Specialists performance, as well as collaborating closely with the Marketing, Product, IT, Operations, and Incentives & Rewards teams to design and facilitate tools and initiatives that enable the achievement of the sales plan. Additionally, will help ensure regulatory compliance and risk control processes are effectively implemented, contributing to the overall quality and sustainability of sales performance.

Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

•    Strategy & Planning: Collaborate in the design and execution of effective sales and partnership strategies to expand insurance sales through face-to-face channels beyond Mobile Insurance Specialists and Business Development Managers, supporting company objectives to increase market share and drive revenue growth.

•    Sales Performance Management: Assist in setting and tracking sales targets, analyzing performance data, and preparing reports and presentations with actionable insights and recommendations for senior management, contributing to continuous improvement and strategic alignment.

•    Business Development: Contribute to identifying new business opportunities and support the development of strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners to strengthen distribution capabilities and market presence.

•    Market Analysis: Conduct market research, analyses industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation in sales strategies.

•    Compliance & Risk Control: Collaborate to ensure that all sales activities and initiatives comply with industry regulations and internal group policies, while promoting risk awareness and helping maintain effective control frameworks within the team.

Functional Knowledge:


•    University degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.

•    Solid experience (1+ years) in supporting commercial and sales teams, contributing to the achievement of business objectives.

•    Proven ability to think strategically and creatively, supporting the identification and implementation of new business opportunities.

•    Advanced experience in developing customer-focused solutions, particularly for affluent customer segments.

•    Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple functions and contribute to consensus-building and effective decision-making.

•    Demonstrated capacity to work independently under pressure, managing priorities and ensuring timely delivery of results.

•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and analytical tools.

•    High skills on building reports, business presentations and giving accurate  project tracking

•    Customer focus and service excellence as a top professional priority.

•    Fluent in English.
