About the Role:
Amalga is seeking an on-site HR Intern to support our Human Resources team. This internship provides hands-on exposure to various HR functions. As an HR Intern, you will work closely with our Human Resources team on new onboardings, sharing creative ideas to enhance consultant engagement, and contributing to initiatives that strengthen our company culture. You'll also have the opportunity to work with modern HR tools that help create a smooth and positive People Experience for our team.
Responsibilities:
- Support the HR team with onboarding processes and documentation for new consultants.
- Contribute creative ideas to enhance consultant engagement and internal culture initiatives.
- Assist in maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
- Help coordinate HR communications and announcements.
- Collaborate with the team to streamline processes that improve the overall People Experience.
- Provide administrative support to HR projects and daily operations.
- Participate in team meetings and share insights for continuous improvement.

- Advanced English (written and spoken)
