Job Title: Sales Manager – CDMX

Department: Commercial / Sales

Reports to: Country Sales Director

Location: Mexico City

Purpose of the Role

Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue and profitability targets, strengthen customer relationships, and drive business growth in alignment with the company's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet annual targets and KPIs.

Identify new business opportunities and expand market share.

Team Leadership
Manage, train, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance.

Set clear objectives and monitor progress through regular reviews.

Customer Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with key clients and ensure customer satisfaction.

Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements in accordance with company policies.

Performance Analysis
Monitor commercial performance metrics (GP, TEUs, Files, Tons) and take corrective actions.

Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for senior management.

Collaboration
Work closely with Operations, Finance, and all involved areas to ensure efficient service delivery and support commercial initiatives.

Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or related field.

Experience: Minimum 5 years in sales management within logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain industry.

Skills
Strong leadership and negotiation skills.

Analytical mindset with ability to interpret KPIs and financial data.

Excellent communication in Spanish and English.

Tools: Proficiency in CRM systems – HISA and MS Office Suite.
