What You Will Do in This Role:
The Route to Market Sales Executive is accountable for developing Ready To Drink´s (RTD) distribution, volume and gross profit within an assigned territory. This executive is responsible for Route To Market development and retention, face-to-face order taking, managing and assuring to drive Brown-Forman Mexico´s RTD´s commercial strategy across the business partners.
How You'll Know This Role Is For You:
- Establish development plans using territory and market knowledge aligning B-F strategy with business partners to take advantage of customer capabilities to dominate the territory.- Manage appropriate account RTD´s inventory levels and product displacements.- Keep promotional and commercial activities of competition data tracking.- Review business results with a business partner (Monthly).- Manage business partner appropriate credit line sales calls generation through to closure.- Tracks weekly and monthly order call activity and customer sell-out performance measurements against assigned goals and expectations (By account/brand/sku).- Collaborate closely with BFM Visibility & Shopper to ensure RTD´s development.- Assure appropriate financial tools management to invest DD and TMF resources looking forward to maximizing value capture.- Responsible for local support and promotion management for local events.- Work closely with Supply Chain to assure sales order fill-rate compliance (order frequency & fill-rate compliance, management for minimum order call)- Customer sales force training.- Visit regularly customers' locations in order to monitor customer routes and distribution.
We Are Looking For People Who:
- Education: College/University (Bachelor or Equivalent); Business Administration, Marketing, Finance (Economic - administrative areas)- Experience: 3-5 years experience in similar positions

- RTD Business Management- Negotiation- Key Customer Management: needs to guarantee sales channel strategies for optimal execution.- Business partner capabilities management- Revenue Growth Management: focuses on sustainable growth, optimizes our price positioning. Develop, implement and execute clear and efficient promotional strategies.- Financial management: Analysis of P&L simulators.- Order tracking- Traditional Trade Identify potential opportunities (Analysis)- Budget management and administration- Operation Tools: DD & TMF Management (Chequera)- Credit line management- Results-oriented- Shopper Activation: Picture of success, shopper programs management and category development.
