**Summary of the position**
**Responsibilities**:
- Design and develop technical training materials, including instructor-led presentations, online modules, and hands-on exercises, and learning checks/evaluations.
- Deliver technical training to the service desk team, both in person and online.
- Ensure graduates meet and exceed the client's technical and customer service expectations.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest technical developments and best practices in the industry, and incorporate them into training materials and delivery.
- Collaborate with service desk managers and team members to identify areas for improvement in technical knowledge and skills.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training and identify areas for further development.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a technical role, preferably as a trainer or supervisor, with a focus on service desk support.
- Strong understanding of various technical platforms and systems, including operating systems, ticketing tools, networking, and hardware.
- Excellent English communication and instructional skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively present technical concepts to a diverse audience (Must have).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Proven track record of success in developing and delivering technical training programs (Ideal).
