Teletrac Navman is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) provider leveraging location-based technology that empowers people managing mobile assets to move their business forward with certainty.

As a key member of the People & Culture team, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of experienced and skilful Talent Acquisition professionals to improve the overall quality of the recruitment process.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager in Auckland, New Zealand, you will be crucial to the success of talent acquisition in the Mexico region. You will manage and drive all recruitment activities internally while managing key external stakeholders. As Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be the key point of contact for third-party recruitment agencies, so previous experience will be a great advantage.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation within the company's Applicant Tracking System (Currently Taleo)
- Assist with formatting, maintaining and record management of job descriptions

To be successful in this role, you will be equipped with:

- 1+ years of coordination or administration experience, preferably within Talent Acquisition
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Highly collaborative, organized, detail-oriented person who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced company
- Technologically savvy and able to learn new tools quickly
- Excellent organizations and time management skill, including the ability to prioritize workload based on business needs
