Job Title: TA Coordinator

Overview:
What you will do:

- Prioritizing timely follow-up and follow-through, thoroughness in work product and attention to detail.
- Onboarding new associates in preparation for their first day
- process improvement initiatives
- Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed (Example: Intern career fairs and job postings)

What we’d like you to have:

- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint
- 1yr or more experience in Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment coordinating
- Excellent PC skills including Microsoft office
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks while managing their work time efficiently
- Experience working in a fast-paced corporate environment
- Self-directed with a high sense of urgency while maintaining a meticulous attention to detail
- Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
- Demonstrate excellent judgment, discretion, and sensitivity
- Maintain a high degree of professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company
- Make smart and timely decisions; understand when to take ownership of a decision and when to involve other parties
- Think ahead and troubleshoot; remove obstacles before they become problems with a skill of impeccable attention to detail
