Your unique perspective adds value to your work.**Grow with the company**:Develop new skills and experiences while tackling challenges in a supportive environment.**Talent Acquisition Coordinator in this role get to**:**Qualifications**:**Responsibilities**- Design and implement overall **high-volume** recruiting strategy- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives and present to internal clients- Monitor tasks and recruiting strategies- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports- Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”**Requirements**:- Proven work experience as a high-volume Sr Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Coordinator- Client facing role is a plus- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, etc)- Hands on experience with various selection processes- Familiarity with TA databases and reporting- Excellent communication skills in English (B2) and Spanish- Call center experience requiredWe offer:- Competitive salary- Direct hiring- All law benefits- Pantry vouchers- Work from home during contingency- 14 vacation days per year- Additional benefits
