We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as Incident Manger Jr.
**Responsibilities & Skills**:
Monitoring Service Alerts from cloud based off board server system.
Incident triage, follow-up, and coordination up to resolution
CAB (Change Advisory Board) Facilitation and representation from US Market standpoint.
Reporting of KPIs and for management review and decision making
Serve as a leader/mentor on the ticket management team.
2-3+ years of experience in IT
Working experience with Microsoft Excel and data analytics with Excel.
ITIL(IT Infrastructure Library) foundation certification or same Level of knowledge.
experience of using JIRA/Confluence, SNOW or any kind of ticketing system.
