Job Summary
Job summary:
- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a _Business Excellence Manager_ _located in _Guadalajara, North Campus_._
- Reporting to the _Industrial Engineering Manager_, _Business Excellence Manager_ role involves_ _Provides direct contribution to teams according to established policies and goals. Demonstrates skills in guiding and/or facilitating._
What a typical day looks like:
- _ Generate process optimization through the use of Lean Manufacturing tools that help optimize processes and make resources more efficient._
- _ Implementation of Kaizens, 5s, cost reduction that impacts a PNL._
- _ Work as a change agent and drive lean and six sigma activities as defined in the GBE A3._
- _ In charge of eliminating waste and creating value by reducing variation in the processes to achieve sustainable results throughout the organization and segment._
- _ Utilize Continuous Improvement (Kaizen) techniques, initiate process improvements, cycle time reductions, cost reductions and other activities aimed at reducing/eliminating non-value-added activities in the process._
- _ Drive and yokoten the identified Best practices based on the accord timelines._
- _ Create and validate processes/standards based on standard work and BPs._
- _ Conduct Industrial Engineering, lean and six sigma training and accelerate the proliferation of Lean Continuous Improvement culture through out the organization by co-guiding and co-facilitating Lean Deployment._
- _ Perform assessment of CIMT Operation/Supply chain/Office and drive initiatives to close gaps._
- _ Diligently participate in the selection and executions of lean and six sigma projects._
- _ For assigned special _project/segment/customer_ priorities to formulate and propose strategy of Lean_
- _ Transformation. Coach and facilitate Lean Transformation activities through Kaizen workshops and Small Group Activities._
- _ Incentivate a participation and training of Flex Employees, Suppliers and Customers._._
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- _ Bachelor´s Degree: Industrial and Manufacturing or similar._
- _ Advanced English._
- _ Lean tool implementation methodology: Kaizen, Pull System, Heijunka, Mix model Lines, Supermarkets and Kanban._
- _ Ability to define projects and goals to resolve by collecting data, establishing facts and Implement methodology to resolve and sustain._
- _ Must be able to guide direct projects based on business initiatives and customer needs._
- _ Management skills and technical experience on Finance, HR, Materials and Operations activities Demonstrates detailed expertise situations and multiple area._
- _ Comprehends the strategic impact of the function across sites_
