Únete a nuestro equipo como **Asesor Comercial**, donde serás responsable de promover y vender nuestros productos de autopartes **B2B**, identificando clientes potenciales, brindando asesoría técnica y gestionando todo el proceso de venta y postventa.

**¿Qué harás?**
- Brindar soluciones personalizadas y asesoría técnica a los distribuidores
- Realizar presentaciones y demostraciones de productos.
- Detectar oportunidades en el mercado y generar nuevos clientes.
- Gestionar pedidos y dar seguimiento postventa.
- Recolectar y reportar información del mercado cada 15 días.
- Cumplir con reportes de ventas (pesos y piezas), prospección y atención al cliente.
- Participar en juntas semanales de equipo y reunión mensual de resultados.

**Cobertura y forma de trabajo**:

- Base en Puebla
- Atención a Puebla, Tlaxcala, Oaxaca y Veracruz
- 80% campo

**Requisitos**:

- Carrera universitaria (áreas comerciales, comunicación o ingeniería).
- Mínimo 3 años en ventas al mayoreo.
- Dominio de Excel.
- Proactividad, persuasión, con enfoque a resultados y servicio al cliente.

**Ofrecemos**:

- Sueldo base $40,000 netos mensuales.
- Bono variable mensual de $5,000 a $10,000
- Horario de lunes a viernes de 8:00 a 17:30 h, con una hora para comer.
- Herramientas de trabajo: laptop, celular corporativo, auto.
