This is an **infrastructure Manager Middleware administration** position to support a team of skilled MW administrators within the CTI Distributed organization. Provide L3/SME support for Middleware platforms covering Application Servers and Web Servers systems. **Key Responsibilities**: - Build a high-performance production support team with the right talent mix to exceed client expectations - Be responsible for problem management including managing outages, resolution, co-ordination with stakeholders and communication Ensure control processes are in place in alignment with Citi policies Provide 24x7 on call problem resolution - Support Engineering and Business projects. - Review request for changes (Business and Functional requirements, etc). - Troubleshoot to determine root cause of problems in Production environments - Implement workarounds and temporary fixes - Perform Application and Middleware logs analysis - End-end Incident tracking and client follow-up, including post-mortem - EOL, EOS Track and fulfilment - Participate on Technical Audit review - Support Engineering architecture definitions - Provide support to Capacity Planning and Performance Management teams - Coordinate Middleware Installations **Knowledge/Experience**: - This position requires a minimum of 5+ years of Production Support on web middleware and in-depth knowledge of industry-standard web middleware technologies. - Strong knowledge on Middleware Solutions (e.g., Java/J2EE, Weblogic,.Net, Tuxedo, Websphere, Tomcat, Apache, IIS). - Strong knowledge on UNIX, Wintel operating systems - Strong background on the Unix with scripting (Unix Shell, perl, phyton,) - Strong knowledge of security and Risk Configuration. - Experience on Cloud Technology support is a plus **Qualifications**: - Education Level: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent experience - Primary Location: LATAM, México - Schedule: Full-time - Shift: Day - Job Employee Status: Regular - Travel: Yes - Relocation: No - Office Location / Address: Mexico, LATAM - Language skills: English 80% - **Job Family Group**: Technology - **Job Family**: Infrastructure - **Time Type**: Full time - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
