Plan and Coordinate all Technical requirements concerning PMTEC and other exercise requirements.
- Operates simulations systems to include installing, configuration and updating software when required.
- Ensures the integration of hardware, software, programming, and database tasks.
- Ensures compliance with policies and procedures for system design, programming, documentation, and testing.
- Monitors system performance and takes corrective actions when required.
- Reviews all program documentation and ensures compliance with hardware and software system configuration management policies.
- Ensures all communications between servers, local and remote sites, and clients are fully operational.
- Responsible for supporting on-site system testing to insure interoperability solutions between US, Korean, Japan, and other coalition simulation models
- Coordinates the identification, resolution, and correction of hardware and software problems.
- Provides 24 hour coverage during exercise periods to include working shifts when required to include night shift.
- Demonstrate a keen understanding of the importance of the need for exceptional customer-contractor relationships.
- Demonstrate a keen understanding on how simulations interoperate.
- Maintains 100% equipment accountability. This includes hardware, software, and all system accessories.
- Must be able to travel CONUS AND OCONUS when travel is required.
- Assists in ALL other Technical Support Branch operations when required.

Position Requirements
- Demonstrate knowledge in Information Systems and Information Technology as described and required by the task.
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of Networking, VMWARE, Red Hat Linux, and Windows
- Understanding of large-scale distributed simulation exercises
- Must maintain an active SECRET security clearance.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain IAT Level II and the appropriate computing environment certifications IAW DoDM 8140.03 such as Security+ CE
