**What you will do?**:
**How you will do it?**:

- ** Collaborate with offshore and onshore teams, including UI/UX Leads, Product Owners, Delivery Leads, and Technical Architects.**:

- ** Evaluate user requirements in partnership with the Product Owner and engineering teams.**:

- ** Make recommendations for interacting with legacy systems and create design documents to illustrate software components.**:

- ** Read and interpret existing code bases and ensure quality and performance of solutions.**:
**What are we looking for?**:

- ** Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.**:

- ** Experience in managing Salesforce Experience cloud and Salesforce Commerce Cloud is a must.**:

- ** Extensive experience in building webpages in VF Pages, Aura, LWC, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.**:

- ** Proven experience working with both onshore and offshore teams.**:

- ** Experience with database design, database objects, and triggers, flows, batch processes.**:

- ** Familiarity with single sign-on, session management, user profiles, and authentication frameworks is a strong advantage.**:

- ** Ability to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues.**:

- ** Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., MS Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform) is a plus.**:

- ** Familiarity with version control systems (Azure Repos, GitHub) and CI/CD (Azure Pipelines).**:

- ** Experience with Agile/Scrum development practices and tools (e.g., Azure Boards, Jira).**:

- ** Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.**:

- ** Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and solve problems with mínimal supervision.**:

- ** Desire to thrive in a fast-paced, iterative development environment and stay current with rapidly changing technologies.**:
- **Salesforce Certifications of Platform Developer I/II, Experience Cloud and Commerce Cloud are highly preferred.
