**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the design and architecture of comprehensive Salesforce solutions, ensuring they meet client business requirements and are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with best practices.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business needs, provide expert guidance, and translate those needs into technical solutions.
- Develop and present solution proposals, including technical architecture, project scope, timelines, and cost estimates.
- Write and review Statements of Work (SOWs), ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with client expectations and project goals.
- Oversee the implementation of Salesforce solutions, providing technical leadership to development teams and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Integrate Salesforce solutions with other platforms and technologies, ensuring seamless cross-platform functionality and data flow.
- Engage in pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations, client workshops, and proposal development.

**Qualifications**:

- Extensive experience as a Salesforce Solutions Architect, with a deep understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Proven cross-platform experience, with a strong ability to integrate Salesforce with other systems and technologies.
- Experience working directly with clients to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop tailored solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to solution complex deals, write SOWs, estimate projects accurately, and ensure successful delivery.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce development languages and tools, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and Salesforce APIs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in Agile project management methodologies is preferred.

**Preferred skills**
- Mentor and guide junior developers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the team.
- Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, emerging technologies, and industry trends, and incorporate this knowledge into client solutions.
- Experience with Data Cloud
- Familiarity with AI training.
- Experience working with Database development and data architecture
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Architect, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Consultant, Dev 1, Dev 2 ) are highly desirable.
