**About the Role**

We are seeking a **Remote Patient Services & Healthcare Operations Representative**to join our remote medical practice team. This role is primarily focused on patient care and phone-based support, ensuring every patient has a seamless experience from their first call to ongoing follow-up care.

In addition to patient support, you will assist with marketing initiatives and provide occasional administrative support directly to doctors. This is a dynamic position for someone passionate about healthcare, organization, and patient engagement.

**Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Communication & Support**
- Serve as the first point of contact for all inbound calls and patient inquiries.
- Guide patients through scheduling, insurance questions, and treatment information.
- Convert phone inquiries and opt-in leads into booked consultations using **DoctorBoss** and **Go High Level** CRM systems.
- Follow up with past patients and leads to encourage continued care and future appointments.
- Maintain accurate patient records and scheduling within **DrChrono EHR**.

**Patient Onboarding & Care Coordination**
- Ensure all required forms, records, and preparations are completed before consultations.
- Coordinate labs, imaging, and follow-up appointments for patients.
- Track and collect **Patient Reported Outcome Measures (PROMs)** to support ongoing care.
- Maintain EHR as the central calendar for appointments and provider availability.

**Marketing & Growth Support (Approx. 10 hrs/week)**

**Social Media Management (8 hrs/week)**
- Create and schedule daily posts across **YouTube Shorts**, **Instagram Reels**, and **Facebook**.
- Use **Buffer** to manage scheduling and optimize content for engagement and SEO.
- Repurpose video content into engaging educational materials for patients and the community.

**Newsletter Management (2 hrs/week)**
- Design and send biweekly newsletters through **Beehiiv**.
- Highlight educational content, featured services, and relevant products or promotions.

**Practice Engagement & Community Building**
- Use Go High Level CRM to tag, track, and nurture patients and leads.
- Support patient engagement efforts, including post-procedure follow-ups and testimonials.
- Coordinate outreach campaigns to encourage referrals and continued care.
- Assist with event-related communications and follow-up routines for community engagement.

**Administrative Support for Doctors (Occasional)**
- Provide direct assistance to doctors for urgent scheduling or administrative tasks.
- Support special projects or initiatives as needed to ensure smooth practice operations.

**Qualifications**
- **Healthcare background strongly preferred**, such as nursing, physical therapy, or similar experience.
- Minimum of 2 years working in a healthcare or medical administration setting.
- **English proficiency: C1 level required**, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable learning and using software such as DrChrono, DoctorBoss, Go High Level, Buffer, and Beehiiv.
- Must complete HIPAA certification upon hire and maintain annually.
- Reliable high-speed internet with a backup connection.

**Work Location**

This is a **remote, full-time position** with consistent weekday hours.
