**About the campaign**:
We help people to get out of debt by offering a program that helps them settle their debt with credit cards and personal loans with up to 60% discount and no interest.
**Job position name**:
- Supervisor for Call Center
**Job position purpose**:
- Communicate organizational needs, oversee employees’ performance, provide guidance, support, identify development needs and manage the reciprocal relationship between staff and the organization so that each is successful
**Requirements**:
- **Supervisor experience in a CALL CENTER IS A MUST**:
- Call Center Sales Experience
- Management Experience
- Retention Experience
- CRM Experience
- Excel experience
**Schedule and job proposal**:
- $ 5,500 weekly base salary
- Monday - friday 7:30 am - 5:00 pm
**Bonuses and commissions**:
- $ 50 dlls productivity bonus
- $ 500 punctuality and attendance weekly bonus
**Hours - lunch & breaks**:
- 30 minutes for lunch
- 30 minutes for break
