**The Role**:
Intel 471 is looking for a Junior Technical Support (Python) to join our world-class team. The role is located in Europe on a remote basis. The mission of Intel 471 is to protect your organization, your products, your assets and your people. We are building an actor-focused cyber threat intelligence SaaS product. From the customer perspective, we offer an online portal and API that allows them to consume, query, analyze and visualize multiple sources of cyber threat intelligence information.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:

- System monitoring, issue escalation
- Scraping assets monitoring and support
- Support existing and add new data sources for scraping
- Writing reports on system status and possible issues
- Running scrapers on-demand

**Education, Experience & Qualifications**:

- Be a fast learner, attentive to details
- Knowledge of Python (OOP, default libraries)
- Understanding of HTML
- Experience working with a CLI
- Be confident and able to fully converse in English for day to day communication
- You should have a strong ownership, passion, and love for solving problems
- Good knowledge of SQL, experience in writing queries

**Preferable**:

- Experience with selectors: CSS, XPath
- Frameworks: Selenium, Django (basic knowledge)
- Networking: HTTP, SSH, proxies, etc.
- Understand what Tor is
