**Requirements**:

- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of technical support.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving experience.
- IT Basic Knowledge like: VPN, IP address, Active directory, Microsoft License, Outlook.
- Full time availability from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm Monday to Sunday.
- Schedule availability 9 working hours includes 1 hour Lunch.

Key Responsibilities
As a technical support you will provide support and facilitate communication and collaboration
between IT and other departments, helping to resolve and even avoid preventable glitches and
the USA and Canada.
