Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an IT Support System Analyst located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to the IT Project Manager the IT Support System Analyst role involvesresponsible for analyzing complex business problems in order to solve them with automated systems and will also be responsible for designing details for automated systems in order to make them more efficient.

What a typical day looks like:

- In charge of specific tasks in the projects.
- Create and identify process improvements.
- Provide Level 3 development support as needed.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience Jr or Mid in a similar position.
- Time and attendance knowledge.
- Ticket tracking system.
- Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, VB Script, C#, HTML.
- Basic Windows Server knowledge.
- English intermediate-advanced.
- Experience with Payroll and/or HR systems is desirable.
- Experience with UKG WFC Kronos is a plus.
