**What You’ll Do for Us**
Key Objective:
- Understand, analyze and connect all key OBPPC drivers related to customer performance and value proposition that will drive adoption/basket incidence/share gain and scale
Key Deliverables:
- Deliver key customers right assortment, SKU optimization, price terms and conditions and promo mechanics/investments recommendation, closely aligned with global RGM latam strategy and Customer teams, tied with customers´ activation cycles.
- Lead RGM tools development and deployment (cockpit RGM, optimization, simulation, ROI & Tracking), always leveraging what is already available within the System.
- Seeks and incorporate feedback from the plans implementation to improve at each iteration and feed other customers plans.
Work Focus:
- The role requires deep understanding of revenue growth management process and technics and customer business as well strong leadership and accountability to influence our cross-functional System teams towards consumer
- AND customer-relevant plans that drive revenue and profit growth with a sustainable long-term competitive advantage.
- Solid understanding of System business fundamentals and drivers of growth/value across a broad range of markets and business dimensions, advanced commercial finance skills. Strong understanding of a broad set of business issues, market, trade and competitive environment
- Co-develop customer business RGM plans with bottlers, including brand and package portfolio priorities. Responsible for grounding development plans in markets by format/banner.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with experience in driving complex cross-functional, cross-system projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders
**Qualifications and Requirements**
- 3+ years of leadership experience in RGM or Commercial planning and execution with strong skills in Channel and Customer strategy.
- Proven Strategic and Analytical Skills as well as outstanding influencing skills.
- Ability to think from planning to execution and solid system commercial and brand management.
- Strong technical knowledge and ability with RGM tools and systems.
- Language: Spanish and English: Required

- System: Communication and alignment of key strategic OBPPC and promo recommendations. Best practices sharing.

- 1 position in MX (preferred Monterrey) and 1 position in BR, ARG or COL
