**Your daily responsibilities will include**:

- Reaching out to cold leads generates interest in our top-tier commercial cleaning services and securing appointments.
- Building up a sales pipeline and following up with leads that showed interest.
- Initiating calls to previous contacts and network contacts to explore opportunities.

**Your tasks will involve**:

- Managing both cold and lead lists of new and past prospects.
- Maintaining self-organization and meeting daily call and appointment targets.
- Demonstrating basic proficiency in CRM usage and Google Sheet.

**Your success will be measured by**:

- The number of appointments that materialize from your bookings.
- Engaging in ongoing professional development, as well as product and market training.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Previous Call Centre or inside sales experience is a must.
- Experience in the cleaning industry (residential or commercial) is a valuable asset.
