Requisition ID: 30483- Job Location(s): Apodaca, MXDanfoss is looking for an experienced Technical Support & Applications Manager based in Mexico.

**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Management of the Technical Support & Application teams
- Development of technical skills of the team members
- To share lessons learned and technical knowledge transfer to the team members, leveraging the knowledge management of the team
- Technical Support for complex requirements by the customers
- To represent the Danfoss brand in terms of technical support to public, local institutions
- To participate and connect within the Danfoss Technical Support & Application network
- To guarantee that the complaint standard procedures are followed on a timely manner with high quality standards
- Cooperation with suppliers, managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Coaching team members.

**Background & Skills**:

- First and foremost, you are a decisive and proactive person, who can communicate well at all levels.
- You are motivated by driving continuous improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering with expertise in thermodynamics and controls (Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics)
- Minimum experience of 3 years as People Manager (Supervisor/Coordinator/Manager)
- Proficient English & Spanish language skills
